The FIA WEC has worked with Al Kamel Systems since the championship began back in 2012. The team are specialists in motorsport timing services and their acquired knowledge of endurance racing is second to none. There are many unsung heroes that are involved in making the WEC function to an extremely high standard and the Al Kamel team is a prime example. WEC’s timing system is all thanks to the hard work and dedicated team at Al Kamel, and for whose services we are extremely grateful for.

Circuit Paul Ricard has always demonstrated an immense capacity to move forward and to stay in the forefront of technological development. Since over fifty years, the track has offered first class security equipment. The Circuito de Navarra has been working with Alkamel since its opening in 2010. It has always been a priority for us to have an efficient and professional timekeeping system. It is one of the most important elements of any event held in our facilities and for us to have a supplier with an internationally proven experience and solvency is a guarantee and make us feel sure. Recently we have started using its remote timing service for private events. It is a service that we provide to our customers and that simplifies the management of the event with a great result in all aspects, we are very satisfied with this Alkamel new service and with the great work of all its team.

Extreme E is a race series like no other for many reasons, but one of those is the fact we race in remote and extreme locations around the globe, from Greenland to the Amazon in Brazil, encountering altitude and humidity plus varying temperatures, weather and terrain including rain, snow, ice, sand and dirt, meaning we need the best set of suppliers able to perform in these areas. Alkamel Systems has proven its ability to complete the job in hand at our inaugural X Prix in April 2021 in the deserts of Saudi Arabia working in extremes under pressure and never letting us down. We look forward to continuing to utilise its innovative solutions around data, timing and graphics as we work with the team throughout our global voyage.
